My association with Fordyce & Playle started almost 15 years ago when I became a first time buyer and I have never needed to venture away. A recommendation by a friend to seek George's assistance was my initial encounter and the friendly manner and professional approach employed throughout the process was a welcome bonus whilst navigating through the mortgage minefield. We came to Fordyce & Playle through recommendation and every word I was told was true. They have been fantastic. Dealing with them has been so much easier than I ever thought it would be. Initially I was a little daunted by approaching a Financial Adviser rather than going directly to the bank, but what a fantastic choice it turned out to be. Not only were they informative and friendly, but they got us a fantastic deal on our mortgage which works for our situation, and they gave us honest and open advice to see all the options and make an informed decision which really helped. We will certainly be using them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.
On advise from a friend I contacted Tom about helping me getting a Mortgage. I explained my situation and he took it all on board and quickly came up with a solution that exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say I do not think without his work I would be a home owner at this point. He was able to get a significantly larger mortgage than anywhere else (and I had done quite a bit of leg work already), without which I would have been miles off the money I needed. Would recommend!
